Key Account Sales Specialist

About the role

The Key Account Sales Specialist will manage and grow strategic partnerships with Froneri's key accounts. You will drive joint business planning, ensure flawless execution of commercial agreements, and deliver sustainable sales growth while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Finalize and manage business agreements with key accounts, covering product listings, trade terms, sales targets, branding activities and promotional calendars.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key account stakeholders to ensure business continuity and mutual growth.
• Maintain regular contact with account personnel to proactively resolve issues, address challenges and identify new opportunities.
• Conduct consumer‑specific needs analysis to achieve agreed sales targets.
• Coordinate execution of joint business plans and promotional activities with the Key Accounts Sales Operations team.
• Monitor and manage branding and visibility initiatives in line with customer agreements.
• Perform regular store visits and audits.
• Manage Trade Terms Spending (TTS) and Customer Contribution Score (CCS) by account, ensuring proper allocation and settlement.
• Support finance in collecting overdue payments and monitoring consumer open items.

Required profile

• Proven experience in key account management or strategic sales within FMCG or related sectors.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to conduct consumer needs analysis and interpret sales data.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
