Key Account Specialist – Women’s Health

About the role

Astellas is seeking a Specialist, Key Account to drive sales of its women’s health portfolio in the Giza region. Based in 6th October City, you will work closely with the Franchise Lead, Specialty and act as the primary point of contact for key customers.

Key responsibilities

• Increase brand awareness and product availability among prospective and existing customers.
• Manage customer interactions in line with regional planning to ensure high‑impact collaboration.
• Maintain superior product and disease knowledge to support effective discussions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams when required.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in an ethical and compliant manner.

Required profile

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales with a global organization in Egypt.
• Knowledge of gynaecology/women’s health therapy area is highly preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and organization abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; product launch experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with Veeva platforms.
