About the role

The Key Accounts Sales Specialist (Fresh Graduates) is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo. The role involves supporting and managing key customer accounts, following up on leads, and maintaining regular communication with clients to understand their needs in software licensing and IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Secure and develop strategic partnerships with assigned clients, gaining a deep understanding of their business needs and IT landscape.
• Collaborate with clients to identify and present customized solutions that address their pain points and strategic goals.
• Manage the sales cycle effectively, from initial contact through proposal generation, negotiation, and successful deal closure.
• Foster strong relationships with key decision‑makers within client organizations, proactively addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Partner with internal teams, including technical specialists and account managers, to deliver seamless solutions and exceptional client service.
• Prepare insightful reports on sales activities, client interactions, and market trends, contributing to data‑driven decision making.
• Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends and the latest IT solutions to provide clients with expert guidance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate up to 2 years of experience; internships in sales are a strong plus.
• Full professional fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Resident of Cairo or Giza (on‑site role).
• Highly self‑motivated, proactive, and resilient in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM software.
• Understanding of software licensing and general IT concepts.
