Key Experts Specialist

About the role

The Key Experts Specialist will drive the promotion of Sandoz’s pharmaceutical portfolio to doctors, pharmacists and key healthcare institutions across Egypt. This role combines field sales, key‑account management and strategic pricing to increase product awareness and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive sales strategies to promote pharmaceutical products to physicians, specialists and pharmacists.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key accounts such as hospitals, clinics and pharmacies.
• Conduct product presentations, educate professionals on product benefits and gather field insights for marketing.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to adapt promotional materials based on market feedback.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging healthcare developments to identify new opportunities.
• Manage regular business reviews with key accounts, analyze sales data and develop action plans to meet targets.
• Develop deep knowledge of the product portfolio and provide feedback on positioning and differentiation.
• Work with market access and product managers on pricing strategies, contract negotiations and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical sciences or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in pharmaceutical sales and key‑account management, preferably in specialty areas such as oncology, immunology or biosimilars.
• Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, therapeutic areas and healthcare trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and sustain relationships with healthcare professionals and key accounts.
