Kitchen Production Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Kitchen Production Engineer to join our on‑site team in Qesm 3rd New Cairo. The role focuses on overseeing the production of kitchen solutions, ensuring quality, efficiency and compliance with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate production schedules and manage workshop activities for kitchen, dressing room and woodwork projects.
• Monitor quality control processes and resolve production issues promptly.
• Analyze workflow data, identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to boost efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet project timelines and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with furniture and wood manufacturing standards.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent academic background.
• Proven experience in kitchen, dressing‑room or woodwork production.
• Ability to read shop drawings and cutting lists.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Previous work on custom furniture or interior finishing projects is highly preferred.
