Lawyer – Corporate & Litigation

About the role

The company seeks an experienced Lawyer to provide comprehensive legal support across corporate, commercial, and litigation matters. You will advise internal stakeholders, manage court cases, and ensure compliance with Egyptian laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on procedures, regulations, and company policies.
• Collect evidence, draft and review bilingual (Arabic & English) contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• File and follow up on litigation cases before courts and governmental authorities.
• Prepare legal memoranda, claims, pleadings, and opinions.
• Ensure legal sufficiency of company documents and transactions.
• Handle commercial registration renewals and other governmental requirements.
• Assist in employee investigations and ensure labor‑law compliance.
• Support the establishment of new companies and coordinate with GAFI and other authorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Law (English Section) from a recognized Egyptian university.
• Registration before the Egyptian Courts of Appeal; legal practice registration preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of practical legal experience, including litigation management and corporate governance.
• Proven experience with company formation, GAFI interactions, and labor‑law matters.
