Lead Cashier – Toy Store

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Lead Cashier to join our toy store team in New Cairo. The ideal candidate loves working with children and parents, enjoys a fast‑paced retail environment, and is committed to delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and help them find the perfect toys.
• Provide detailed product knowledge, including features, benefits, and age suitability.
• Recommend complementary items and upsell when appropriate.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout.
• Restock shelves and ensure attractive product displays.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and labeling new inventory.
• Follow store policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
• Participate in store promotions, events, and seasonal activities.
• Share customer feedback with management to improve product selection and service.

Required profile

• Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in toys, stationery, childcare, or children’s products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage with children and parents in a fun, patient manner.
• Enthusiastic, outgoing, and passionate about toys and play.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
