Lead Generator – Insurance Advisory

About the role

The Lead Generator is responsible for identifying and developing potential business opportunities for Braxtone’s Insurance Advisory Division across the GCC and wider markets. The role focuses on researching prospective clients, locating decision‑makers, and securing qualified meetings for the advisory team.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients such as insurance companies, brokers, reinsurers, investors and related organisations.
• Identify key decision‑makers (CEOs, MDs, COOs, CFOs, Heads of Strategy, etc.) and maintain an up‑to‑date prospect database.
• Generate leads through professional networking platforms, industry directories, events, referrals, email and direct outreach.
• Contact prospects, introduce Braxtone’s advisory capabilities and qualify leads based on business needs and authority.
• Secure introductory meetings between qualified prospects and the Advisory team and follow up to keep the pipeline active.
• Monitor insurance‑market developments to spot companies needing restructuring, run‑off, market entry or operational support.
• Coordinate with the Advisory Manager on target accounts, campaigns and business‑development initiatives.
• Prepare regular lead‑generation and pipeline reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, Finance or a related field.
• Previous experience in lead generation, business development, B2B sales support or market research.
• Experience within insurance, financial services, professional services or consulting is strongly preferred.
• Good understanding of the GCC business environment and insurance sector is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage a pipeline and communicate professionally with senior executives.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn and other professional prospecting and research tools.
• Strong data‑management skills for maintaining accurate prospect records.
