Lead Site Security Facilitator

About the role

The Lead Site Security Facilitator is responsible for maintaining and auditing physical security controls across the site, including access control, CCTV, alarms, key management and server‑room security. The role investigates security incidents, manages remediation, and ensures compliance with internal and client security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and maintain physical access controls, CCTV quality, alarm systems, PIN lifecycles and key/material tracking.
• Conduct regular pre‑audits against internal and client security standards and support audit processes.
• Support the Security Manager in delivering required security and safety training for personnel, key‑holders and guarding staff.
• Investigate physical security failures, oversee system testing, validate SLA response times and implement corrective actions.
• Generate daily and monthly security/safety reports, participate in policy reviews and handle confidential information with discretion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in compliance or security, with 2‑3 years of experience in security & safety (preferably IT/ITES).
• Strong understanding of compliance, auditing, risk management and general IT/information security concepts.
• Fluent English with excellent communication and organizational skills; experience in a multinational environment is a plus.
• Advanced user of MS Office applications, especially Excel.
