Lead Solution Architect – Senior Manager

About the role

As a Lead Solution Architect – Senior Manager, you will own the end‑to‑end design of a large‑scale digital banking platform, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, regulatory standards and business goals. Reporting to the territory leadership, you will act as the primary technical representative for the ETIC team across territories.

Key responsibilities

• Design and integrate scalable, secure, and resilient digital banking solutions.
• Define architecture blueprints, patterns and guardrails for cross‑functional engineering teams.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, DevOps and security teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security and data‑privacy requirements.
• Guide technology selection, proof‑of‑concepts and adoption of modern engineering practices.
• Mentor and develop junior architects and engineers.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in solution architecture, preferably in financial services or other regulated environments.
• Proven ability to engage senior technical stakeholders such as CTOs, CIOs and Technical Directors.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

• Cloud‑native architecture expertise (Azure, AWS).
• Microservices, API‑led integration and event‑driven design.
• Security, compliance and data‑privacy knowledge for financial services.
• Agile delivery, CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.
