Leasing Manager

About the role

The Leasing Manager is responsible for optimizing the tenant mix, pricing strategy, and overall occupancy across all retail shops and kiosks within our club network. This role drives revenue growth by establishing long‑term partnerships and ensuring a consistent brand experience for members.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and refresh the tenant mix for health & beauty, F&B, services, and commodity outlets across all clubs.
• Standardise tenant profiles, pricing per square meter, and contract terms to align with location, brand category, and expansion plans.
• Set and monitor leasing occupancy targets, coordinating with legal, finance, and club management teams.
• Identify and negotiate with new tenants, creating deals that enhance the club’s brand identity and member experience.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives (social media, SMS campaigns) to increase foot traffic and sales for existing tenants.
• Prepare leasing plans for upcoming club openings and manage the handover process for smooth tenant onboarding.
• Handle tenant complaints, coordinate regular meetings, and produce reports to guide future leasing strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 9‑10 years of experience in retail or commercial leasing.
