About the role

As a Legal Affairs Specialist at FlexFilms Egypt, you will be at the core of the legal department, ensuring smooth handling of legal and administrative matters while supporting the company’s strategic objectives. This on‑site position requires close collaboration with internal teams and external counsel.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee legal documents, contracts, and agreements, ensuring accuracy and proper record‑keeping.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support initiatives and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing legal correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Coordinate communication between internal departments and external legal counsel.
• Maintain and organize legal databases and physical files with meticulous attention to detail.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and office management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and legal guidelines across all operations.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in legal affairs or a related administrative legal role.
• Proven ability to manage contracts and conduct detailed legal research.
• Strong understanding of compliance principles and practices.
• Excellent document management and organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication with a problem‑solving mindset.
