Legal Services Specialist

About the role

Consulchitect is seeking a full‑time Legal Services Specialist to join its on‑site team in the 6th of October district. You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and organizing a wide range of legal documents that support the company’s design, finishing and real‑estate projects.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and maintain contracts, service agreements and property‑related documentation.
• Support contract negotiations and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies.
• Research legal issues specific to design, finishing and real‑estate services and provide concise guidance.
• Maintain accurate legal records, track critical deadlines and contribute to process improvements within the legal function.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in law with the ability to interpret and apply relevant regulations.
• Proficiency in legal document preparation, including drafting and organizing contracts.
• Analytical skills for risk assessment and contract term evaluation.
• Experience in contract negotiation and stakeholder coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in law or a related field; certifications or bar membership are a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; additional languages are advantageous.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple matters.
• Collaborative mindset with integrity and confidentiality.
