Legal Specialist - Remote

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Legal Specialist to join our team on a remote, contract basis. In this role you will work closely with product and domain experts to ensure that our contracts and legal processes are robust, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough contract review, drafting, and negotiation to optimize outcomes while managing risk.
• Perform in‑depth legal research and case analysis, delivering actionable recommendations.
• Support litigation and dispute resolution by preparing documentation and assisting counsel.
• Assess regulatory compliance and conduct due diligence for corporate matters, including M&A activities.
• Design system prompts and rubrics for legal applications, managing multi‑turn conversational flows.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold professional ethics in all legal communications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to build and enhance legal tools and applications.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and contract negotiation.
• Experience in case analysis, risk assessment, and due diligence.
