Lifecycle Specialist – Contract Management (Remote)

About the role

Remote is looking for a Lifecycle Specialist focused on Contract Management to join its Employee Lifecycle team. The role is fully remote and supports external employees and clients across the Middle East, ensuring legal compliance and a smooth employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all contract‑related activities for Remote’s external workforce, maintaining legal compliance and data integrity.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to expedite contract creation, amendment, and termination.
• Document contract processes in Notion and ensure accurate records in Zendesk and G‑suite.
• Identify automation opportunities and implement best‑practice workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience handling employee lifecycle events with sensitivity and legal awareness.
• Strong written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict‑management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment.
