Light Current Project Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Light Current Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and documentation of projects involving low‑current electrical systems. You will act as a bridge between engineering, procurement, and site teams to keep projects on schedule and ensure client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with schedules, action plans, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate daily activities across engineering, procurement, and site teams.
• Track milestones, progress, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, drawings, correspondence, and reports.
• Prepare periodic status updates and progress reports for management and clients.
• Work with suppliers and subcontractors to secure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor risks, issues, and scope changes, escalating when necessary.
• Support the preparation of technical and financial documents for tenders and proposals.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in project coordination or project management within the light‑current or low‑current systems industry.
• Familiarity with systems such as CCTV, access control, fire alarm, BMS, or UPS is a plus.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

Required skills

• Project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Gantt charts).
• Microsoft Office suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of light‑current/low‑current systems.
• Knowledge of project scheduling techniques.
