Localization Associate Project Manager (Night Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Localization Associate Project Manager to join our team on a night shift schedule. You will coordinate localization projects, ensure timely communication with clients and vendors, and maintain high quality standards throughout the delivery process.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client emails and confirm project requirements.
• Align workflows, assign tasks, and track progress to ensure efficiency.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Vendor Managers, and production teams for smooth task execution.
• Develop project plans with clear timelines and budgets, keeping projects on track.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and vendors, providing updates and addressing issues.
• Oversee quality assurance by working with linguists and vendors to meet client specifications.
• Prepare, review, and deliver final files to clients by agreed deadlines.
• Manage purchase orders, documentation, and billing processes.
• Identify opportunities to optimise workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a similar localization or project‑management role.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Knowledge of planning, budgeting, and risk‑management principles.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of Computer‑Assisted Translation (CAT) tools.
• Experience with quality‑assurance (QA) tools.
• Familiarity with Machine‑Translation Post‑Editing (MTPE).
• Knowledge of Desktop Publishing (DTP) processes.
• Experience in media, e‑learning, and AI‑related localization.
• Basic knowledge of localization engineering concepts.
