Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator will be based on‑site in 10th of Ramadan and will oversee the movement, storage and delivery of raw materials and finished steel products. Working closely with warehouse, production and sales teams, the role ensures timely shipments to customers and project sites while supporting continuous improvement of supply‑chain processes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate transportation schedules for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Prepare and manage shipment documentation and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support material flow across the factory floor.
• Update logistics systems daily, track orders and monitor performance data.
• Communicate with carriers, suppliers and customers to resolve delivery issues and respond to inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimise stock levels and improve supply‑chain efficiency.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in logistics or manufacturing environments is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site in 10th of Ramadan and function effectively in a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP or inventory management systems.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
