Logistics Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Manager to lead all logistics activities for a high‑speed rail project in Egypt. You will ensure the timely and cost‑effective delivery of materials, equipment and supplies across the construction sites.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage transportation, storage and distribution of project materials.
• Work closely with procurement, construction and engineering teams to guarantee on‑time deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels, maintain stock control and generate logistics performance reports.
• Manage logistics service providers, suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
• Optimize logistics costs, handle import/export procedures and customs clearance when required.
• Track shipments, resolve delays, and develop contingency plans to avoid project interruptions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience on large‑scale projects (railway, metro or mega‑projects) is a plus.
• Excellent command of English (reading, writing and speaking).
• Egyptian nationality required.

• English language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking).
