Logistics Specialist – Documentation & Shipment Coordination

About the role

Delta Egypt For Lighting is seeking a Logistics Specialist to manage shipment documentation and coordinate daily logistics activities in Obour City, Cairo. The role ensures accurate processing of all commercial and regulatory paperwork related to inbound and outbound shipments.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, review, and validate shipment files, including offers, hard and soft copies, SWIFT documents, cover letters, and commercial paperwork.
• Prepare and process Form 4 in line with regulatory requirements.
• Record goods receipt transactions in SAP and obtain signed warehouse acknowledgment documents.
• Verify freight forwarder invoices, monitor withdrawals, and issue withdrawal packing lists.
• Send official withdrawal notifications to the Procurement Department.
• Maintain broker‑related data using Excel and close SWIFT transactions linked to shipments.
• Coordinate courier shipments, manage payment follow‑up, prepare packing lists, close shipments, and verify re‑weights.
• Track due payments for logistics and shipping activities and ensure compliance with company policies, financial procedures, and logistics regulations.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to guarantee smooth logistics operations.

Required profile

• BSc in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Logistics Administrator or in a similar logistics role.
• Familiarity with logistics software or transport management systems.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and communication abilities.
