Logistics Specialist – Entry Level

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Logistics Specialist to join our fast‑growing e‑commerce platform. You will help ensure that products move smoothly from suppliers to customers by supporting daily warehouse and transportation activities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day logistics operations, including order fulfillment, inventory movement, and shipment coordination.
• Work closely with warehouse staff to guarantee accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of orders.
• Coordinate with courier partners to schedule deliveries and monitor shipment tracking.
• Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records using ERP or other inventory management systems.
• Monitor stock levels, assist in inventory planning, and help prevent shortages or overstock.
• Support inbound logistics such as receiving goods, conducting quality checks, and organizing storage.
• Help analyze logistics KPIs and suggest improvements to increase speed and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, operational policies, and proper product handling.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0‑1 year of experience in logistics, warehouse coordination, or supply‑chain operations (e‑commerce or retail experience is a plus).
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative work style.

Required skills

• Proficiency in inventory software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
