Logistics Specialist – Order Management & Coordination

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to manage order processing, coordinate shipments and ensure smooth collaboration between sales, finance and warehouse teams. The role is based in Heliopolis, Cairo and focuses on industrial equipment and spare parts.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, review and process customer purchase orders for equipment, spare parts and services, verifying pricing, Incoterms, delivery and payment terms.
• Coordinate product availability, lead times and shipping schedules with headquarters and subsidiaries.
• Follow up on imports, prepare and verify shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin) and work with customs brokers, freight forwarders and couriers.
• Track shipments, update internal teams and customers on delivery status, and manage order amendments, cancellations and returns.
• Liaise with sales, after‑sales and finance teams to align order details, invoicing and credit limits.
• Support warehouse operations in inventory control, back‑order management and stock replenishment planning.
• Maintain accurate order records for audit compliance and generate regular performance reports.
• Identify bottlenecks in order workflows and propose process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in order processing, logistics or supply chain, preferably in industrial equipment or trading companies.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian import procedures and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic; German is a plus.
• High attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and a customer‑focused mindset.
