Logistics & Warehouses Internship

About the role

This internship supports the implementation of the 5S methodology in the main warehouse, aiming to improve organization, efficiency, and safety. Working closely with the warehouse team, the intern will apply Lean principles to create a clean, standardized, and productive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct a detailed assessment of inventory and storage areas to identify and remove unnecessary items (Sort).
• Assist in designing and implementing an organized layout for tools, materials, and inventory to ensure clear identification and easy access (Set In Order).
• Support the creation and execution of regular cleaning and inspection schedules to maintain a safe workspace (Shine).
• Help develop standard operating procedures, visual management tools, and labeling systems to sustain improvements (Standardize).
• Promote adherence to 5S practices by supporting training initiatives and encouraging a culture of discipline and continuous improvement (Sustain).

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Analytical mindset and proactive problem‑solving approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with 5S/Lean methodology concepts.
