M365 Cloud Engineer - Senior Associate

About the role

PwC's Advisory practice in Cairo is looking for a Senior Associate to lead and execute large integrations of Microsoft Office 365 and Exchange Online as part of its Cloud Transformation Team. The role covers migration, configuration and operational handover of M365 and Exchange Online solutions across several international affiliates.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client O365 tenants and document findings
• Create migration and transformation strategies for O365 and Exchange
• Prepare and execute rollouts, including toolset selection and methodology
• Migrate accounts, objects and data from legacy systems to Exchange Online and related services (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
• Configure Outlook clients, Teams, OneDrive and mobile device integration
• Ensure compliance with archiving, security and regulatory requirements

Required profile

• Proven experience with M365 and Exchange Online migrations in enterprise environments
• Previous experience as a system administrator for large M365 and Exchange Online environments
• Project management skills and ability to coordinate across teams and stakeholders
• Excellent documentation, communication and user training abilities
• Fluent English is a must; German is a plus
• International travel may be required

• Preferred certifications: Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert, Messaging Administrator Associate, Teams Administrator Associate, SC-300, MS-220, and Microsoft Office Specialist
