Machine Learning Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated AI/ML Engineer (Level II) to design, develop, and deploy sophisticated conversational AI solutions. You will work primarily with the RASA framework and the Google Cloud Platform to build enterprise‑grade virtual assistants and chatbots that move beyond prototypes into production.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain advanced RASA conversational agents, including dialogue management, NLU pipelines, and custom actions.
• Train, evaluate, and fine‑tune RASA models, using analytics and user feedback to improve intent classification and entity recognition.
• Develop clean, efficient Python code for custom actions, policies, and integrations, and expose scalable APIs.
• Architect, deploy, and manage RASA bots on GCP services such as GKE, Cloud Run, Compute Engine, Vertex AI, and Dialogflow CX.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and MLOps practices for automated testing, versioning, monitoring, and retraining of models.
• Utilize BigQuery and Cloud Storage for conversation log analysis and data management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of professional AI/ML development experience, with at least 2 years focused on production‑level RASA chatbots.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
