Maintenance Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to lead the service centre that supports forklift and heavy‑equipment customers across Egypt. The role combines hands‑on technical work with supervision of mechanics and electrical engineers to ensure high first‑fix rates and compliance with quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all mechanics and electrical engineers within the service centre.
• Assign maintenance and engineering tasks based on priorities and team capabilities.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments on forklifts and other heavy equipment.
• Prepare technical reports and maintenance documentation for each job.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend preventive‑maintenance strategies.
• Coordinate with clients to provide service updates and equipment status.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in forklift maintenance or heavy‑equipment service.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to produce clear technical reports and documentation.
