Maintenance Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Maintenance Engineer to join our manufacturing team. You will be responsible for keeping production equipment running smoothly, reducing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Ensure maximum equipment availability and minimize production downtime.
• Execute preventive maintenance plans and improve machine reliability.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain maintenance records and monitor spare‑parts inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
• 3–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with production equipment such as press shop, dies & tooling, CNC machines, welding equipment, painting/powder‑coating lines, or assembly lines.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting.
