Maintenance & Service Engineer – Vending Machines

About the role

Infinity tecs is looking for a full‑time Maintenance & Service Engineer to join its team in Maadi, Cairo. You will ensure the reliable operation of vending machines and related industrial automation equipment, providing on‑site technical support to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of vending machines.
• Provide technical support and on‑site field service to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Ensure smooth operation of industrial automation solutions linked to vending equipment.
• Travel locally as needed to service equipment at customer sites.

Required profile

• Proven experience in maintenance and repair processes for equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and field service abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
• Background in engineering, mechatronics, or a related technical field is preferred.
• Ability to work on‑site and travel locally for field tasks.
• Organizational and problem‑solving skills to manage multiple assignments.
