About the role
Join a leading hotel within the Accor network as a Maintenance Technician focused on air‑conditioning systems. You will ensure guest comfort and operational efficiency by maintaining HVAC equipment across guest rooms and public areas.
Key responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and repair air‑conditioning faults in guest rooms and public spaces.
- Monitor system performance to ensure energy efficiency.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and hotel policies.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports.
Required profile
- Technical high school or vocational diploma.
- Minimum of 2 years practical experience in HVAC or air‑conditioning maintenance.
