Maintenance Technician – Heating Systems

About the role

Dafa Egypt is seeking a full‑time Maintenance Technician to join its New Cairo team. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of central heating, radiators, under‑floor heating, solar hot‑water and heated‑pool systems at client sites.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, testing and preventive maintenance on heating equipment.
• Diagnose faults, carry out corrective repairs and replace defective components.
• Document all maintenance actions and report findings to project and installation teams.
• Provide technical support to minimise downtime and extend equipment life.
• Occasionally travel to other project locations while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Technical diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with HVAC, central heating or similar systems is preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals and use diagnostic tools safely.
• Strong attention to detail, good time‑management and the ability to work independently or within a team.
• Valid driver’s licence.
