Maintenance Technician – Variable Data Printing Machines

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to support our variable data printing machines installed at client production lines. The role combines on‑site installation, fault diagnosis, and routine maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance and minimal downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Install and set up variable data printing machines at client sites.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair technical faults in machines and electronic boards.
• Conduct regular maintenance visits according to operational needs.
• Prepare service reports and update maintenance logs after each visit.
• Collaborate with engineers to resolve technical challenges and improve machine performance.
• Respond promptly to urgent repair requests.
• Repair, assemble, and test machines in the workshop.
• Provide technical guidance to clients during and after installations.

Required profile

• Technical education in electricity, mechanics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Residence in Cairo.

Required skills

• Familiarity with production line machinery.
• Experience with variable data printing equipment.
• Strong knowledge of electronic board diagnostics.
• Hands‑on maintenance and repair of industrial printers.
• Ability to travel for on‑site installations and maintenance visits.
