Mall Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Mall Operations Manager to lead the strategic and day‑to‑day operations of our shopping centre. The successful candidate will build strong tenant relationships, drive operational efficiency, and elevate the overall customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan covering all mall operations.
• Cultivate long‑term relationships with existing tenants and retail groups to secure ongoing business.
• Implement approved procedures across all mall functions and ensure seamless collaboration among internal departments.
• Coordinate regular and periodic maintenance plans with department heads, ensuring quality and schedule adherence.
• Manage tenant dues collection, enforce contractual terms, and resolve financial issues promptly.
• Address tenant complaints efficiently, identify root causes, and ensure legal compliance.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable legal standards and regulations.
• Develop and uphold a strong corporate mall identity in line with brand guidelines.
• Initiate and implement strategies to improve customer service and the shopping experience.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support overall mall objectives.

Required profile

• MBA in Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in mall management or a similar role.
• Strong business acumen with solid understanding of commercial facilities management.
• Proven experience managing leasing contracts, negotiations, and tender processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑oriented mindset.
