Management Trainee – Tahseen Kitchen Program

About the role

The Tahseen Kitchen Management Trainee program is a 12‑18 month hospitality leadership development initiative based in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt. In partnership with Cornell University, the program offers hands‑on experience across guest services, operations, and financial management within a hotel‑restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement accounting tasks, ledger management, and financial reporting for property operations.
• Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Analyse guest feedback, comment cards and satisfaction data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support operational strategy execution, conduct property walk‑throughs, and monitor preventative maintenance.
• Prepare and present reports, presentations, and performance dashboards to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with discipline teams to maintain service standards and drive corrective actions.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least four years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales & marketing, or operations management.
• OR an associate degree in Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field with a minimum of two years relevant experience.
• Strong interest in hospitality leadership and a commitment to professional development.
