Managing Director

About the role

Palm Outsourcing is seeking a Managing Director to lead the company through a pivotal growth phase. Reporting directly to the founders, you will own the P&L, drive strategic direction, and ensure operational excellence across recruitment, delivery, operations, and client management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s strategic vision, translating long‑term goals into actionable plans.
• Own end‑to‑end P&L responsibilities, including budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and headcount planning.
• Lead heads of department to break down silos and align recruitment, delivery, operations, and client management.
• Restructure operations to resolve sales‑vs‑delivery capacity tensions and enforce client quality standards.
• Establish and monitor governance, risk, and KPI frameworks, reporting performance to the founders.
• Champion initiatives that improve productivity, profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company with key clients, industry partners, and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• 6+ years of progressive leadership experience driving business growth.
• At least 4 years in senior executive, general‑management, or country‑leadership roles.
• Experience in startups or scale‑ups managing fast‑changing environments.
• University degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Economics; MBA highly desirable.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with proven organisational transformation capability.
• Solid knowledge of corporate governance and stakeholder management.
