Manufacturing Assistant Supervisor – Shift Leader

About the role

PepsiCo is looking for a Manufacturing Assistant Supervisor to act as Shift Leader on a production line. The role is responsible for executing the daily production plan, monitoring key performance indicators such as waste, water, energy and productivity, and collaborating closely with maintenance engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the daily production plan and monitor true and net efficiency.
• Track water usage, energy consumption and waste, ensuring KPI targets are met.
• Communicate machine downtime immediately and record it.
• Complete the daily M&W production report.
• Request and receive raw and packaging materials via SAP and deliver finished goods to the warehouse.
• Maintain production line cleanliness before, during and after the shift.
• Perform autonomous maintenance tasks including cleaning, inspection, lubrication and tightening.
• Own the work order process for autonomous maintenance in SAP PM.

Required profile

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food and beverage production.
• Ability to lead a shift team and coordinate with maintenance engineers.
• Strong focus on meeting production KPIs and ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Good communication skills for reporting downtime and updating production records.
