Manufacturing Performance Control Senior Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Finance Analyst who is passionate about challenging analytical assignments, an excellent communicator with diplomatic skills, and eager to contribute to building something new within our organization.

Key responsibilities

• Review costing models and support the monthly close process, leading variance analysis.
• Prepare and review monthly Manufacturing Expense Reports, identify variances and support forecasting and budgeting.
• Conduct ad‑hoc financial analysis, support the factory controller with inventory and strategic initiative reporting.
• Organise and execute wall‑to‑wall physical inventories and coordinate month‑end and year‑end closing tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Finance Operations, preferably in a plant or operations finance role.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Ability to work under time pressure, prioritize tasks and work extra hours during close cycles.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
