Marcom Specialist

About the role

The Marcom Specialist will support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing communication activities for a leading development company. This role ensures brand consistency, monitors performance metrics, and collaborates with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high‑quality campaigns and events.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of integrated marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and event channels.
• Develop, edit, and manage production of brochures, newsletters, website content, presentations, and press releases.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communication materials.
• Work closely with business development, projects, HR, and management to align marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with external agencies and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of content and production.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and key marketing KPIs.
• Assist in monitoring marketing budgets, processing quotations, purchase requests, and purchase orders.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
• Manage monthly content calendar and weekly execution tracker.
• Support organization and execution of events, exhibitions, activations, and on‑ground marketing initiatives.
• Support internal communication and employer branding initiatives in coordination with HR.
• Prepare monthly marketing performance snapshots covering reach, engagement, leads, and campaign effectiveness.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional internal teams and external agencies.
• Ability to monitor budgets and handle procurement processes.
• Analytical mindset for tracking performance metrics and reporting.
