Market Access Manager - Cardio-Metabolic

About the role

EVA Pharma is looking for a strategic Market Access Manager for its Cardio-Metabolic portfolio in Cairo. The role ensures that the portfolio achieves optimal patient access and reimbursement by designing and executing market access strategies, engaging with stakeholders and championing the value of the therapies across different healthcare systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement tailored market access strategies for the Cardio-Metabolic products.
• Lead the preparation of value dossiers, HTA submissions and reimbursement negotiations.
• Work with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Commercial and Governmental Affairs to align access strategies.
• Build relationships with payers, policymakers, healthcare providers and patient advocacy groups.
• Monitor healthcare policy, reimbursement trends and competition, and support evidence generation such as real-world data and HEOR studies.
• Track and report market access performance metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or a related field; master's degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in market access or health economics within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience engaging with HTA bodies and developing value dossiers.
• Cardio-Metabolic experience is highly desirable.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, reimbursement processes and payer dynamics in Egypt.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and work cross-functionally.
