Market Research Manager

About the role

Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research to understand exhibitor and visitor needs, monitor global exhibition trends, and provide actionable market intelligence for Expolink’s portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct surveys, focus groups, in‑depth interviews and secondary research to capture stakeholder insights.
• Track competitor activities, pricing, positioning and partnerships, delivering strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with business development and export teams to identify new market segments and assess feasibility of new show concepts.
• Build and maintain a central market intelligence repository with dashboards and reports for decision‑makers.
• Develop regular KPI reports on attendee satisfaction, lead quality and market penetration, and present findings to senior leadership.
• Manage relationships with external research agencies, industry associations and data providers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 10‑12 years of experience in market research, business intelligence or strategic consulting, preferably in events, exhibitions, media or B2B services.
• Strong communication and storytelling abilities, with proven project‑management skills in a fast‑paced environment.
