Marketing Communications Lead

About the role

The Marketing Communications Lead will drive the strategic planning, execution and continuous optimisation of marketing and communication initiatives for a leading development company. Reporting to senior management, the role ensures all activities align with the brand vision, commercial objectives and growth priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing plans that support business objectives and brand strategy.
• Coordinate and execute multi‑channel campaigns across digital, social, print and events, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Produce and oversee marketing collateral such as brochures, newsletters, website content, presentations, company profiles and press releases, maintaining brand consistency.
• Collaborate with internal teams (business development, projects, HR, management) to align marketing initiatives with operational needs.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers to guarantee timely, high‑quality delivery of creative assets.
• Track, analyse and report on campaign performance and key marketing KPIs, providing actionable recommendations.
• Support budget monitoring, review supplier quotations and coordinate purchase requests in line with approved budgets.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Maintain the monthly content calendar and weekly execution tracker, ensuring proper planning and approvals.
