Marketing Effectiveness Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Effectiveness Lead to maximize the impact of our marketing investments across the group. You will work closely with brand, channel, e‑commerce, category and operations teams to drive data‑driven decisions that improve traffic, conversion, sales and overall ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and optimise assigned marketing channels by analysing performance data and providing actionable insights.
• Lead monthly channel reviews, assess past performance and recommend adjustments for the upcoming period.
• Collaborate with the marketing effectiveness leader and stakeholders to allocate channel budgets using a data‑driven approach.
• Participate in quarterly and annual marketing reviews to optimise investments and assess business impact.
• Work with external partners to create brand health trackers and report on brand performance.
• Maintain and optimise the marketing vendors and strategic partners directory.
• Develop the annual vendor strategy, deciding which contracts to renew, renegotiate or exit.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of experience in marketing analytics, media performance, growth marketing or marketing effectiveness, preferably in luxury goods, retail, telecom or banking.
• Strong communication, organisational and analytical abilities.
• Proven capability to analyse data, generate insights and translate findings into business recommendations.
