About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead Loynova’s B2B marketing function, driving revenue‑generating campaigns and supporting client‑facing initiatives. Working closely with sales, product and partnership teams, you will translate business objectives into measurable marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to generate leads, grow the pipeline and meet revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Presales and Partnerships to create targeted programs that enable deal conversion.
  • Define, track and report on marketing KPIs such as leads, MQLs, conversion rates and ROI.
  • Design and deliver marketing initiatives for Loynova’s clients, including go‑to‑market plans for loyalty, rewards and engagement solutions.
  • Own brand positioning across B2B touchpoints and produce sales enablement assets, case studies and thought‑leadership content.
  • Plan and manage campaigns, product launches and partnership activations, coordinating internal teams and external agencies.
  • Monitor performance of internal and client‑facing activities, provide insights and continuously optimise for commercial impact.

Required profile

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology, fintech, SaaS or enterprise services.
  • Proven ability to position marketing as a driver of revenue and growth.
  • Strong collaboration experience with sales and business development teams.
  • Experience delivering marketing initiatives for external clients.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Solid project‑management and execution capabilities.
  • Background in loyalty, payments, fintech, telecom or digital platforms is a strong advantage.
