Marketing Manager – Egypt

About the role

Instashop, the leading online local marketplace in the UAE and Egypt, is looking for a Marketing Manager to define and execute the localized marketing strategy for Egypt. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to attract new customers, retain existing ones, and drive growth through data‑driven campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement Egypt‑specific marketing plans aligned with commercial goals and unit economics.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of three Marketing Executives, setting KPIs and overseeing daily campaign execution.
• Design and launch integrated 360° campaigns across digital, OOH, activations, and trade marketing tailored to Egyptian consumer behavior.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, CRM, and Performance Marketing teams to ensure campaigns generate immediate app orders and high lifetime value.
• Track, analyze, and optimise key metrics such as CAC, conversion rates, order frequency, and ROI.
• Manage relationships with local creative agencies, production houses, influencers, and FMCG co‑marketing partners.
• Control the Egypt marketing budget, ensuring cost‑efficiency and rigorous ROI reporting to the Marketing Director.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in Q‑Commerce, tech startups or FMCG in Egypt.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high‑performing marketing teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
