Marketing Manager

About the role

Accor is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the strategic positioning and promotion of one of its hotel properties. The role focuses on enhancing the property’s visibility, building relationships with sponsors and stakeholders, and delivering high‑quality marketing communications that reflect the brand’s visual identity.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement marketing strategies to ensure effective positioning and viability of the property.
• Increase the property’s profile through development of sponsor, stakeholder, and patron networks.
• Maintain communication with target markets and stakeholders about property developments and activities.
• Organise marketing activities and manage relationships with official and private organisations, press, and the community.
• Oversee production of publications and brochures to meet visual identity standards.
• Manage advertising to ensure effectiveness and a positive image of the property.
• Develop and execute direct marketing campaigns using print and electronic mailing.
• Control the marketing and promotional budget and monitor contract implementation.
• Plan and attend trade fairs and workshops for promotional purposes.
• Coordinate with the Accounting Department to collect agency receivables and provide monthly activity reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality or property marketing.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with sponsors, stakeholders, and media.
• Excellent organizational and project‑management skills.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and coordinate with accounting and sales departments.
