Marketing Manager (Modest Fashion)

About the role

EMMA, a premium modest‑fashion brand, is seeking a highly organized and strategic Marketing Manager to lead all marketing activities. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will shape campaigns, social media, content, e‑commerce, launches and brand communication for a fast‑growing, community‑first label.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Coordinate timelines across departments to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communication touchpoints.
• Oversee content planning for social media and e‑commerce platforms.
• Direct designers, photographers, videographers and content creators.
• Collaborate with the e‑commerce team on product launches, website updates and online customer experience.
• Manage social media performance, engagement and audience growth.
• Monitor market trends and platform shifts relevant to the community.
• Track campaign, e‑commerce and marketing KPIs; prepare regular performance reports.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
• Lead the marketing team’s daily workflow, ensuring deadlines and high‑standard deliverables.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of leadership experience in marketing.
• Previous experience in fashion, beauty, premium lifestyle or e‑commerce preferred.
• Strong understanding of marketing, branding, social media, e‑commerce and campaign management.
• Excellent leadership, organizational and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
