Marketing Specialist - App Launch & Campaigns

About the role

Holcim is looking for a Marketing Specialist in New Cairo to drive the company's marketing communications and support sales lead generation. The role is central to the strategic growth of a new app offering, ensuring campaigns meet customer needs, are delivered on time and within budget, and work together with IT, digital, sales teams and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
• Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, behaviours, preferences and emerging trends
• Turn complex data and analytical findings into actionable insights for marketing strategy
• Contribute creative ideas and support inbound and outbound activities such as content, advertising, events and other initiatives
• Reach target audiences through social media, email, ATL, BTL and other channels
• Analyse campaign results, conversion rates, traffic and engagement to inform future strategies
• Coordinate with stakeholders on planning, execution and monitoring of marketing activities
• Monitor market, consumer and digital trends and stay up to date with marketing best practices and tools
• Develop and execute launch strategies for new products and services through the company's digital application, and build a product roadmap aligned with customer needs and business objectives

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a focus on marketing is preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven track record of success in newly launched apps
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing and market research methods
