Marketing Specialist – Digital & Brand Management

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to plan, execute and optimise marketing activities for El Mohandess Print House, a leading printing and packaging provider in Egypt. The role combines digital, offline and brand‑management responsibilities to support sales growth and strengthen the company’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business and sales objectives.
• Manage the company’s digital presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and the website, including content calendars, SEO, digital campaigns, landing pages, email marketing and LinkedIn outreach.
• Create and maintain sales and marketing collateral such as company profiles, brochures, presentations, catalogues and case studies, and support the sales team with clear value propositions.
• Plan and coordinate participation in exhibitions, conferences and industry events, handling pre‑ and post‑event activities, lead follow‑up and promotional material preparation.
• Maintain consistent brand image across all communication channels, ensuring visual identity and messaging are applied uniformly.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months (3 years) of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B environments.
• Proven ability to develop marketing strategies, manage digital channels and support sales initiatives.
• Strong organisational skills for handling events, exhibitions and multi‑channel campaigns.
