Marketing Specialist

About the role

Envision Employment Solutions is seeking a creative and data‑driven Marketing Specialist to boost the company’s brand visibility and digital engagement. You will craft compelling content, manage multi‑channel campaigns, and analyse performance to ensure consistent brand positioning across all platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly communication and content plans for social media, website and email.
• Create blog posts, articles and short‑form video content to keep the website fresh.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid and organic digital marketing campaigns.
• Monitor key performance indicators, generate reports and adjust tactics based on analytics.
• Manage Envision’s LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok accounts, fostering audience interaction.
• Maintain and update the corporate website, landing pages and SEO elements.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Professional appearance and confident presentation skills.

Required skills

• Social media management across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and analytics.
• Content writing and creation for web and social platforms.
• Basic understanding of SEO and website performance monitoring.
