About the role
DistRict 9 Mall is seeking a motivated Leasing Executive to drive tenant acquisition and manage leasing activities for its retail spaces. The role focuses on attracting new brands, retailers, and food & beverage concepts to enhance the mall’s tenant mix.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and target potential tenants and brands aligned with the mall’s strategy.
- Conduct meetings, site visits, and presentations with prospective clients.
- Negotiate lease terms, prepare proposals, and finalize agreements.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and follow up to ensure conversion.
- Support the overall leasing strategy and contribute to tenant mix planning.
Required profile
- 2–4 years of experience in retail or commercial leasing.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Experience working with brands, retailers, and F&B concepts is a plus.
- Proven track record of meeting leasing targets and building client relationships.
