Mechanical Trainer – Technical Training at Factory

About the role

The Mechanical Trainer will act as the bridge between the factory management and the STA Technical Training Department. You will ensure that the technical training program runs smoothly, safely, and meets quality standards while supporting the development of engineering students on site.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain liaison between factory management and the technical training department.
• Monitor implementation of the technical training program and eliminate quality, health, and safety inconsistencies.
• Track student attendance, entry, and exit from the factory.
• Enforce safety and security regulations, ensuring students wear proper protective equipment.
• Allocate students to appropriate departments and verify they are present at designated locations on scheduled dates.
• Prepare and distribute report brochures and training plans for each student.
• Conduct daily follow‑up to ensure compliance with safety and occupational health guidelines.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports for the Senior Technical Trainer.
• Evaluate student progress regularly and compile progress reports and quarterly grades.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
